Why Simplius Started and when it started?

The Problem

Despite their success, both Artemijs and Kristians were frustrated by inefficiencies in their daily operations. They each had personal assistants to handle mundane, repetitive tasks—tasks that were essential but often boring. These assistants could only work eight hours a day and were costing each of them about 1000 euros per month.

For example, managing various subscriptions and combining them into cohesive reports was a time-consuming process. This alone cost them around 350 euros per month in subscriptions, not to mention the labor costs involved. They realized there had to be a better way.

The Solution

They decided to combine their expertise—Artemijs’ knowledge of IT solutions and Kristians’ understanding of business processes—to create an automation business. I have over 6 years of experience in the B2B segment, specializing in IT product sales. Initially, I worked with an IT distributor, and now I am a key account manager at an IT reseller. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Economics and E-commerce.

In addition to my sales experience, I have a technical background in IT project management, which allows me to offer comprehensive support to our clients. For the past 4 years, I have been assisting clients with project implementations, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

I am always up-to-date with the latest technologies and strive to find practical applications for them to enhance daily operations for myself and others. My work includes conducting in-depth process analyses and identifying opportunities for process automation to increase efficiency.
